Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7–30 days of purchase.

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packing.

Invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
⚠ Solar equipment installed or used cannot be returned unless proven faulty.

Refund Conditions
Refund is approved only after product inspection.
If approved, refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit.
Refund may be rejected/partially refunded if:

Product is damaged due to customer handling
Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
In case of a faulty item, customer must report the issue within 48–72 hours of delivery/installation.
