At Faiza Solar House, we aim to provide reliable solar products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7–30 days of purchase.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packing.

  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

⚠ Solar equipment installed or used cannot be returned unless proven faulty.


Non-Returnable Items

Following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Installed Solar Panels & Inverters

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Used or physically damaged items

  • Clearance / Discounted / Sale items


Refund Conditions

Refund is approved only after product inspection.
If approved, refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit.

Refund may be rejected/partially refunded if:

  • Product shows signs of use

  • Parts/accessories are missing

  • Product is damaged due to customer handling


Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
In case of a faulty item, customer must report the issue within 48–72 hours of delivery/installation.
